These Subscriptions Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your subscription to membership services provided by Sovereign through https://sovereign.nz. By subscribing, you agree to these Terms in addition to Sovereign’s Privacy Policy and Website Terms and Conditions.
Full Membership: A subscription service requiring the collection of personal data—including a signature as mandated by the New Zealand Electoral Act 1993 and its associated regulations—for full membership verification.
Youth Membership: A membership option available to younger individuals; parental consent is required for all Youth Membership subscriptions.
Full Membership applicants must meet the eligibility criteria as set forth in New Zealand elections regulations. Youth Membership applicants must obtain parental consent, with proof as required.
Subscriptions are processed via an online form on the Sovereign Website, with payments handled securely by Stripe. For Full Membership subscriptions, a signature is required as mandated by the relevant New Zealand elections regulations.
Your personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and used to manage your subscription, including name, address, email, phone number, signature (for Full Membership), and payment details.
Membership subscriptions will continue until cancelled by you or terminated by Sovereign in accordance with these Terms. Memberships may renew automatically, and any fees already paid are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
